If you use Acre through TestFlight or another beta program, Apple may separately process information under Apple's own terms and privacy policy.

Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, beta signup details, account credentials, profile information, and support messages.
App activity and product information, such as homes, neighborhoods, markets, searches, predictions, watchlists, preferences, feature interactions, and other actions you take in Acre.
Device, usage, and diagnostic information, such as IP address, device type, operating system, app version, browser type, crash logs, performance data, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps.
Location and property-related information, if you choose to provide it or enable device permissions, such as address searches, listed properties, market areas, and approximate or precise location used to show relevant homes or markets.
Compliance and transaction information, if Acre offers paid, trading, wagering, prediction market, identity verification, or other regulated features, such as eligibility information, payment status, transaction history, fraud prevention signals, and information required by law or by our service providers.
3. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, request access, submit support requests, enter searches, make predictions, or otherwise use Acre.

To provide, operate, personalize, and improve Acre, including showing relevant homes, markets, predictions, account features, and support responses.
To manage beta access, waitlists, invitations, onboarding, account authentication, product announcements, and service communications.
To analyze performance, debug errors, secure the service, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our terms, and protect users, Acre, and third parties.
To comply with legal, tax, financial, regulatory, risk, eligibility, recordkeeping, and law enforcement obligations where applicable.

Account and support requests. You may contact us to access, correct, delete, or export personal information associated with your Acre account.
